For standard products: 1 piece (sample). For production runs: 50 pcs per SKU. For OEM/custom logo: 500 pcs per SKU. No maximum order limit.
Yes. Sample fees are at market price plus courier cost. Fees are fully credited against the first bulk order of 50+ pieces.
For standard products, each SKU has its own 50-piece MOQ. The same model in different finishes counts as separate SKUs.

In-stock: 5β7 business days. Standard production: 15β25 days. OEM/custom: 25β35 days. Lead times start from deposit receipt.
Express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) for samples. Sea freight (FCL or LCL) for bulk. Air freight for urgent orders. FOB, CIF, DDP available.
Yes. We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to most countries β we handle customs clearance and local delivery.

Yes. Logo engraving on hardware body and printing on packaging. OEM requires 500+ pcs per SKU, 25β35 days lead time.
All products manufactured under ISO 9001:2015. CE marking available for EU market. SGS test reports available on request.
Each batch undergoes: (1) spectrometer incoming material check; (2) in-process dimensional inspection; (3) 48h+ salt spray test per ASTM B117; (4) surface hardness and adhesion test; (5) final visual inspection.
Target outgoing defect rate below 0.3%. In case of quality issues, we offer replacement or credit within 30 days.
Yes. We welcome distributor visits. Please contact us 2 weeks in advance. Airport pickup and accommodation can be arranged.
